On the 20th of May, on their actual date of birth, Kaapse Brouwers celebrates its 9th birthday with a banging beer festival. They have three lost anniversaries to make up for, so expect this one to be thrice as spectacular. The festival location is Brutus, right behind the brewery, in the infamous Keiledistrict. Brutus is an 'Artist Driven Playground' formed by Atelier van Lieshout.

What to expect? Nothing less than a Kaapse style celebration of their 9th birthday with all of their friends! With more than 10 guest breweries, live music, food, and art, this festival encapsulates what Kaapse loves bringing to Rotterdam. A ticket includes entry and a limited edition glass to take home, filled with Kaapse Maria.

There is also a Surprise Beer Box available with tickets, which is a box filled with exclusive beers from the participants of the festival.

Kaapse Brutus, an "Art Pils", is available exclusively at Brutus.

Lightship Cider (Netherlands) and Filosoof Jenerver (Germany) are also present.
