"Bandwagon 425 marks a new era! It's the first release with a new yeast strain that releases bound thiols that are naturally found in hops and malts, but normally remain locked in. The result is a stronger tropical aroma of mango, passionfruit and guava. To further emphasize this effect we've used mash hops, a special selection of malts, and (dry)hop varieties that are all known for higher amounts of thiols. To fully showcase the results, the beer has a relatively low ABV for the style. We will be doing more experimental stuff in this series, so hop on the Bandwagon to keep up!"
